Head of Strategic Alliances & Channel Partnerships

Location: Preferred offshore(Mohali/Noida)

Role Summary:

We are hiring a senior leader to build and own our strategic alliances and channel partnerships function. This role will focus on strengthening relationships with key technology partners (including Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Atlassian and others), creating joint go-to-market initiatives, and driving indirect revenue growth through a scalable ecosystem strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end partner strategy for cloud and technology alliances

  • Manage and grow relationships with AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Atlassian and other ecosystem partners

  • Identify and launch joint GTM opportunities including co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning

  • Establish metrics and dashboards to track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue

  • Build a structured partner landscape with tiering, prioritization, and ROI analysis

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Proposals, and Delivery teams to align partnerships with business objectives

  • Lead internal readiness, partner enablement, and deal registration processes

  • Identify white space opportunities and emerging partners aligned with our tech stack and growth areas


Requirements:

  • 10+ years in strategic alliances, channel sales, or partner leadership roles

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle preferred)

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems

  • Excellent communication and executive relationship-building skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner influence models


What Success Looks Like:

  • Launch of at least 3 new GTM or revenue-generating partnerships in Year 1

  • Partner-influenced pipeline grows to 20–25% of total revenue by end of Year 2

  • Clear visibility and reporting on partner activities, impact, and roadmap
